Oregon Revised Statutes and Administrative Rules

The following links are updated monthly by the responsible agencies.

Oregon Revised Statutes. The Oregon Revised Statutes are maintained by the Oregon Legislative Counsel. This is a link to the Legislative Gopher. The Oregon optometry statutes are contained in Chapter 683.

Oregon Administrative Rules. The Oregon Adminisrative Rules are maintained by the Oregon State Archives Division of the Secretary of State. This is a link to the Oregon State Archives.The Oregon optometry administrative rules are contained in Chapter 852.
